For Law exam what matters is your thorough understanding of the provision and the way you present your answers...Presentation plays an important role...First you need to quote the relevant section , the case as given in the question and then your conclusion based on the provisions of law...answers should be specific and to the point..

Yashi, I think you should stay as relaxed as possible just one day before the xams..Too much study at the eleventh hour is bound to confuse you..The best thing to do at the last moment is to glance at the topics on which you are strong..Studying new things generally don't help at the very last day.  All the BEST !!

make sure u are thorough in ethics , comm, and labour laws.. choose gurukrippa law book or Jayaraman's books if u can get ur hands on it... together these will be just around some 100-120 pages at the max and should take you more 3 to 4 days at stretch.. they come for 40 marks and its terribly easy to get 25-30 outta that 40.. then go for comppany law. then spend 5 daysk for company law .. go through all the provision. dont mug it up or try to remember the section nos if u dnt have time. but have concept clarity.. then spend 2 days gng through last 5 years sugested answers.. u CANT get less than 60 if you di this.. do well buddy!

Thanku every1 for ur suggestions...i study law from monish bhandari...is it ok??

u mean Munish bhandhari??? yeah absolutely if so! iam planning to do law for final using his book.. but its bit volumnous.. so make sure u manage time properly!
