File condonation of delay in filing ITR V, if approved, the ITR V will be accepted.
I think there's no provision in section 119 to submit ITR V
They will send intimation for submission of ITR otherwise they will treat return has invalid return
Sometimes even if you send ITR-V after due date it is accepted by Income Tax Department. So firstly you should check the status of the returns filed by you by logging in to income tax e filing here.
If the status shows - Return Uploaded, ITR-V pending - then you can still send your ITR-V by post
