There was a small fire at my place a month back, and due to which I have misplaced my letter of acknowledgement for articleship completion. I have already appeared for the final twice, and submitted the requisite copy of letter then. What is the option available to me regarding the letter. Do I need to submit it again? If yes then would the insti issue me a duplicate?

If you have a copy of your letter then take that to the institute and tell them your problem they should issue you a new letter.

Sir, unfortunately I don't have a copy of the letter.
You can ask your chartered if he has a copy with him. Else you can visit the institute will all the details.

You must be aware that when the Institute issues the letter it always send it to our principle as well, in your case you can go and ask your principle for the same and if you dont want to do this for any reason then according to me you should go to ICAI and talk to them they might give you a proper solution for this....
