What is the basic critiria for ESI and PF? I am working in a newly established Pvt Ltd Company and the employees are only 2. Whether we need to registar with ESI and PF? and what are the other compolsory registrations we need apply.

Both PF & ESI will not applicable…
PF & ESI both are applicable on the organisation in which minimum 20 Employees are working.. So here PF and ESI both are not applicable..
