file a suit againt ur Principal at the ICAI or Delhi HIgh Court

he cannot play with ur career

or maybe sme real personal reason may not bring you out... then search for dummy i think ...

You can definetly approach ICAI article committee. They will definatly help you. let me know if it is not working fr you

actually icai also does not want to help any student.even when i visited to icai.. in article section not a single person was ready to talk on the issue of transfer...

icai is only working in favour of ca firms.. so i dont think that they will take any action on this issue...

and ultimately either my attempt will be delayed or they may cancel my training as well... because my principal is such a powerfull person..

so i dont wanna take any risk with my career....

thats why i think dummy is the single option which can be opted...

yeah, behnaa; file a case against icai at delhi high court. And do invite channels like india tv. ICAI are bigtime losers when it comes fighting court cases. Refer its track record. From cases against Reliance to the recent answer evaluation case. Plus ur case is genuine. First of all; all your communication with icai officials should be in proper evidence so that u can prove icai's apathy.(use your mobile to record audio or video).

This message is to all smart alecs in icai; who made transfer impossible. Her case is genuine; and ur thoughtles rule is driving her to take dummy. When will this anarchy end

as i said friend go and file a suit or give notice to ur principal if the matter does not  ends with talks its ur future yaar .... no one has right to dismantle... and we are same

however a high a person may reach.... he is still a human ... never have attitude.. on what have been achieved.. as he is not alone to achieve it

for wat reason u were transfered.??? if it is mere personal nobody can play with your carrear..not even ICAI... file a suit to ICAI itself at first.. going there and talking may not be a good idea.. catch there attention first.
