I have not cleared Nov13 IPCC G-I, now I dont have much time to study, I want to appear for G-II. Is it possible?

Same is the case with me but it is not that we should stop our efforts. This time give both groups and clear with flying marks..
But first you should be confident enough about your preparation..
Yeah if you confident about your Group I prepartion than you can take a chance .... but first group should be strong

you can appear for group2 only if you have registered for both groups also you need to fill the examination form for gp2 only
