hi guys. I m pursuing CA and just now i completed my b.com (4 months back) and when i heard that registration for the june CS exams are near . i got enrolled myself with the CS institute but i didnt took permission of pursuing another course as i was required to do that. tell me now what should i do. i have neither got persmission from my principal nor from ICAI. Help me out to get out of this situation.
one must take permission for doing another course along with CA....so u should apply in From No. 112 along with Late fee....but if u r near to ur articleship completion date...then no need
If you are currently doing Articleship under CA ,then you need to take permission from ICAI by filling form no 112 along with some late fees.
Its Advisable to fillup Form no 112 as quick as possible .
