Help me in overcoming the problem in online examination form

I had registered for the online application for Examination of final, 2^nd group to be held in November 2011. I had made the payment through the Net Banking Facility of HDFC which resulted in my account being debited by Rs. 1250/-. However the transaction has failed thus causing me mental trauma.

wat to do......ICAI has given one toll free no..but it is damn busy....

as i have already done the payment again the option of payment is reflected in my exam form...

plz help me ...how to over come this problem...

well only the guys at ICAI can help you. Email them incase you still havent been able to get through by phone.

also, contact HDFC and get the transaction reference number for the above payment, so that you can quote this in your complaint.

Since this might take time to get resolved, If I was in your place I would fill the form online once again by paying the fees again. logically, they should refund the fees for your initial payment once the matter is settled.
