I had written pcc exams in june 2009

i have passed ist group in that attempt, i had applied for recounting on 03.09.2009 (ii nd Group) up to now i have not received any reply from the institute.I heard that results will be declared on or before 25th october

Please help me, when will it will be declared & is there any alternate way to find out results.

please provide me help desk number if any

Approach a CA chapter around your area and make it clarify as early as possible to know the actual date and the status of the result. hope you get through revaluation
