Help in Schedule 80D in ITR2

ITR2 form for AY2020-21 has separate Schedule 80D. The schedule has bifurcation for self + family and Senior Citizen parent if any.

1) My employer allows my senior citizen parent to be added in the medical cover (paid by employer)

2) My employer allows TopUp amount for cover for more premium. (premium paid by employee single amount reflecting under Sec 80D)

Employer does not provide bifurcation of the TopUp amount -- 1) how much for Self & Family and 2) how much for Parent.

Where and how should I enter the single amount TopUp premium under Schedule 80D?

Top section (excluding parents) & what should be my dropdown selection?

Bottom section (senior citizen parents) & what should be my dropdown selection?

Please help and guide me. Kindly open ITR2 of AY2020-21 and Schedule 80D or refer the attached screenshot.
