Help in a legal case

Anyone please help me with this legal issue! 2 brothers out of 5 total brothers were inherited a partnership business. Both had equal share in the business as inherited by the will of their father and there is also a partnership deed documenting their share. The business was carried down from a shop and a 1st floor godown. The shop, godown and the business was in the name of their grandfather which got inherited to their father(only child) and finally to the 2 brothers. Now the partners want to sale one of the shops where such partnership business was conducted due to heavy losses and huge outstandings in the business but they'll continue such business from the godown. Now the other three brothers who did not had any share in the partnership business are asking for their out of the sale proceeds So my question is are they entitled for any share from the Sale proceeds from the shop? Whether the partners ( 2 brothers) have any obligation to pay the remaining brothers (3 brothers)?? Please help with this case Also provide any case laws or related case laws to support the answer

Any help or advice will be very much appreciated! Thanks
Dear Mr.Ebrahim, U hv stated the 2brothers hv inherited the business by the will and further u hv stated that the same 2brothers hv also got the building.is it through the same will,if not then all brothers will have a share.inheriting the business will not automatically give them right over the building. For clarity, their religion, place of property all required.
