or can anyone give proper explanation for CLAUSE 1,Part 2 of THE SECOND SCHEDULE......

I NEED COUNCIL GENERL GUIDELINES IN FULL AND REGULATIONS OF ICAI......

In URGET NEED for may 2013.....
