Help me For GMCS Batch...

There is only 10 Vacancy now & it is urgent..

I have Completed my Articalship & I have cleared 1st group of PCC but Given exam of 2nd group becoz of not clear.

Can i Do GMCS in this batch?

I Have not found any critera for GMCS anywhere that who can do or who can't do.

as per my knowledge i come to know that GMCS can do ny one who has completed Articalship not necessary that given final examination or Come in final.

PLS HELP ME FAST

No its nt like tht ,...u cant do GMCS now . until n unless u dont clear ur pcc exam . it doesnt even matter tht ur articleship is completed in ur case.

I am attaching herewith a file which is downloaded from www.icai.org ( Link: https://www.icai.org/post.html?post_id=284 ). As per regulations, a student cannot do GMCS before passing PCC.

But as per the view given by Mr. Ramesh, officer of Rajkot Branch of ICAI, a student can to. In my opinion, it is better to make direct inquiry at ICAI, new delhi by way of a letter directed to President and inform him about the rumours being spread by officers of Rajkot Branch of ICAI and if Mr. Ramesh is saying right, then it means that information given on the website of ICAI is false.
