Guys pls help me out..tds u/s 194c on payment for canteen
please let me know whether tds u/s 194c is deductible on payment being made to an individual on providing canteen and mess facilities to an educational institution and its students.the payment being made by institution after being duly collected from the students which is inclusive in hostel fees.

yes TDs should be deducted as it is contract for providing canteen and mess facility .
