please let me whether GTA service is wholly covered in RCM,if yes
then what if GTA is suppling service to unregistered person....
Yes... GTA services is under RCM head...
Less than Rs. 750 no need RCm. Also Less than Rs. 1500 is under Single Consignment then no need RCM...
Otherwise RCM applicable...
In case Receipient is Registered then Receipiet payable GST under RCM...
If Receipient is URD service provider (GTA) Pay Tax...
After 13/10/2017 - Exempted GTA service to URD
