Can GTA Service Provider Charge GST on Bill of Transportation ? & Can Service Receiver take credit on GST paid amount which is paid to Service Provider ?.

If GTA charges GST @ 12% , then recipient is eligible to take the credit
If GTA charges GST @ 5%, then credit will not be available
Credit will not available to transporter if he cahrge 5% gst on bill... Recipient's of service can get credit
Akhil- I find you are replying without reference to the law. Pl stop. Read the law and then start answering.
Credit is available to the customer when transporter charges 12% or when the receiver pays 5% under RCM.
Only GTA not eligible for credit if his customer is to pay 5% on RCM.
