GSTR9: 17-18 RCM PAID IN 2018-19

As per Press release of Govt in this regard such R.C.M paid and availed in F.Y 2018-19 should not be declared in F.Y 2017-18,rather they should be shown in F.Y 2018-19 since Input would paid and also availed in that year only.
This liability is in financial statements also
If it effects or Turnover varies , you can reconcile it in 9C and report reasons
