Dear Nitin Mangla today no late fee charged while filing GSTR-3B.

Also those who pay will get back credit in their account

2-3 clients told me that he got the amt of late fee in their ledger but i dont check till now.

No notification issued for same but nothing is charged by GST deptt while filing return.......

Its a simple concept that when you are filing & no late fee charged for anybody then same is waived.

thats it rashmi it means you are also not sure.

this late fees case is very critical because every day 200 rs. panelty charged by gst portal so no body wait for wave of those fees so they pay late fee and submit his return asap.

but i would like to inform you if you submit your return not filled only submit then your late fee charge stop from those day.

It is confirmed that late fee is stopped.

But credit will be available or not will not confirmed.
