I am an online information and data service provider. I had filed GSTR3B for July within last date. Did not file GSTR3B for August. I read that OIDAR service providers need not file GSTR3B. Also I had no in/out supplies for August. Should I file GSTR3B for August now? Will I have to pay fine @ Rs.200 per day?

you mentioned on the time of registration only oidar service provider or many more other service you mentioned
because OIDAR service provider no need to file gstr3b so dont worry no need to fill return but if you registered any other service too then please confirm.

No way for without late fee. It's automatically shown in "6.1 - Payment of Tax"
I filed just now. No late fee charged...
If you submit return earlier then you have to pay....
But for fresh return no late fee charged ..
if you filled september month then no late fee charged by govt. but if we filled m/o august or july then late fee auto calculate on poratl. and without fee we not applicable for return fillng
