Now,firstly GSTR-1 to be submitted right? Any late fee for late filing?

Till now no late fee for gstr1. But it may be arise in future. So kindly file your returns before the due dates.
From this month onwards you have to file gstr1 * before 10th of every month for those turnover exceeding 1.5 crores.
