Gstr 3b saving issue

Hi, i am facing the issue of saving gstr 3b for one of my client.

but all other clients 3b forms are saved and submitted except the this one and the error file also i attached.

so please kindly tell me the solution to the problem

@ Gopi, login with yr username n password, then services>returns>returns dashboard>return filing period>July>search>FILE GSTR3B under monthly return GSTR3B>Ensure all 7 items are zeros (since it is irreversible) >check declaration button>select yr name under authorized signatory>FILE GSTR-3B WITH EVC>enter OTP rcvd on yr reg mobile+email>submit.
