Pls fill put the value of column paid through cash ledger and try it again.

same thing happend with me also , actually by mistakenly we paid challan as a CGST AND SGST BUT in actual it belongs to IGST, so we pay another payment of challan under IGST, know it shows negative figure under tax laibility under CGST AND SGST , and same error appering while offsetting liability
