i have a problem in filing in gstr1.problem showing while submitting " Invoices are submitted".

due to server traffic
It basically means return is in submission state and at this point of time it cannot be filed.Its overload issue. Try again after sometime it will be done.
Even I got the same error message yesterday, but today it's solved.

I'm getting the message "submitted" for GSTR1, but after entering the EVC, i get message as "'system error"'..what's the problem..not able to "file"'

in GSTR-1. i have purchased metrial and due to rate difference or discount issue i have debited some amount. so where to show the debit note in gstr-1. I have entered but it says original invoice cannot be tracked. how to solve this issue. also i am not able to add Excise and Service tax number in RC so that i can fill Trans-1 form?
