exempt sales invoice details also enter in gst b2b excel sheet

in GSTR-1. i have purchased metrial and due to rate difference or discount issue i have debited some amount. so where to show the debit note in gstr-1. I have entered but it says original invoice cannot be tracked. how to solve this issue. also i am not able to add Excise and Service tax number in RC so that i can fill Trans-1 form?
