Can we re apply gst on same PAN if we voluntary surrendered the GST earlier ?

Yes, you can re apply. Even in some cases assesse does not qualify for GST registration i.e. their turnover is below the threshold limit prescribed in law, here they can surrender and can apply again when he is eligible for registration as per law.

GST number will be different for each service. So it need not be same number. Hence you may apply for GST registration again
