Gst validation error

Hello,

i am doing gst fresh registration in which i entered all the details correct as per gst portal requirement. i checked all the directors pan number and name apeaing on pan as per CBDT database. thereafter Validation error comes after uploading DSC. i am doing this since last 5 days and error comes again and again.

please anyone tell me what should i do.
