If your turnover is above 20 lakh then registration is mandatory

In normal you avail full ITC
Monthly returns, accounts and record

In composition no ITC
Quarterly returns @ 1% on turnover
accounts and record not mandatory
So you have to choose

But in services only restaurant service is allowed to adopt composition
