We are the transporter with Private Limited firm and having own goods carrying vehicles and doing the trading business also..
We have a GST registration also..
We would like to request as below questions..
01. GST applicable for transporter using thier own vehicle to trading agency person, if applicable please confirm the GST rate
02. GST applicable for using our own LR?
03. If possible please send us the invoice format for transporters.

1.GST rate @ 5% under RCM is applicable on receiver of material if you are transport
2.if You use your own Vehicle GST rate of your primary invoice material also charge on Frieght amount
GST rate same applicable for Goods & Frieght amount if sepeatly chargd or billed material including transportation

In our case we have own vehicles on individual business they are rigistred, we have another private limited company also .
now
1. Can we use our vehicles for transporatation of private limited good. if we transport is gst is appilcable. and any problem will arise in genration of e way bill ?
2. if we use outside vehicle then what are the tax consequences?
