GST Transition provisions
Mr Ajay sold goods to his buyer Mr Akash on 29/06/2017 and charged VAT @ 5%. Mr Akash received the goods on 09/07/2017. He paid on 15th July. Can Mr. Akash claim ITC on these goods under GST?

No Akash cannot claim VAT ITC in GST. Only option available was TRAN 1/ TRAN 2
