Earlier there was a provision to file Trans1 Return by the due date which was on 27/12/2017. However due to some technical gliches the corresponding site to file TRANS 1, did not open instead messeges were poping up stating " Registration number is not valid" despite inserting correct Serivice Tax and VAT numbers. this was immediately reported by way of email to GST help desk and also written letter were submitted to concerned offices of SGST and CGST. We have not receied any response from them.
Wanted to know how to take this matter forward so that our credit is not lost.
