16 March 2019I am an online advertiser filing GSTR1 quarterly.
1) Am I eligible to register as MSME ?
2) If so, after MSME Registration, should I surrender GST Registration? Or continue?
3)Are MSME vendors preferred by clients?
My main inclination to register as MSME will be to stop taking 18% GST from my clients and make it easier for them by sparing GST compliance. Please advise.

1. Yes.
2. No need to surrender GST; both are independent of each other.
3. Client/marketing wise not much effect,as on date. But government is trying to control the situation.
GST liability will not be wiped off with MSME registration; but will get preference at banking/loan and licensing.
