Can I buy study material from any branch of ICAI? Like ITO Delhi branch.

Yes it is available online at icai portal... Better u take GST FAQ for practical knowledge... Share ur mailid i will send u and take print out... That is much more helpful for u

Yes available at icai portal... Go in BOS section and download it
