DSC is must for Companies and LLP...
Othewise not mandatory. In case anyone like DSC then he ll do it...
if company have two director, then only one dsc of director is sufficient or required by both?

Only One is enough. That One is also "Authorized Signatory" Person's DSC is allowed. Not from Others...
