I had registered my business in August month, now I am unable to pay GST for July month.... what to do with July month sales

if registered under voluntary then u can not pay or file returns for JULY as per me
I am crossing threshold limit
if u crossing the limit in july then only u are required to file july return
but my dashboard display only August month
any solution till date??
