I have recently taken a godown on rent in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh and rent agreement executed. I have applied for GST and got a query from GSTN that I need to obtain a Property Tax receipt from owner. As per owner this property is under Panchyat land no Property Tax is applicable. How to address query. Pls advise
