what I do...if gst certificate is not issued after 3 days from ARN generation... because agency holder without gst certificate ...not give the Processed material

Sir...Apply for gst registration 7 July... immediately ARN is generated ..but on 17/7/2020 ... certificate is not issued... And party is forcing.. without gst certificate.. can't deal with u.. Now what I can do...

Dear.,

Dept can't issued certificate immediately after generate ARN. Dept check Your details and documents. After that all documents and details are okay then they issued GST certificate.

In case any problems or required any other documents then they give notice to you.
So, wait on further updates.

Kindly check whether you have received an email from GST dept. regarding query, if not received you will have to wait for ARN approval, you can convince the party by producing ARN receipt (that the registration is applied and application is under process)

Now a days deptt. is not issuing gst certificate immediately. I have applied for a Gstin but after 20 days , there is no any query or no any response from the deptt. They are taking too much time to respond..

But, I registered two companies and get it less than 15days...

It's better to contact the jurisdictional officer over phone and get him convinced. I hv done this way and got the certificate immediately.
