gst registration for export of service
I m into services sector. i provide consultancy services to my client overseas and my turn over is less than twenty lacs. should I need to register for GST..as per latest notification for turnover of less than twenty lacs for inter and intra state supply of service there is no need to register for GST. please clarify.

For claiming refund u need to register yourself even if your turnover is less than 20 lakhs
