Gst refund of ITC, for 0.1 sales to marchant exporter

Hi Experts,
We are selling our product to the merchant exporter and charged gst @ 0.1%. They are providing all the documents related to export.

How can i get a refund of ITC payment for the purchase of goods.

To claim a refund of ITC (Input Tax Credit) payment for the purchase of goods, you'll need to follow these steps: 1. Ensure you have valid documents: - Tax invoice for the purchase of goods - Documents related to export (provided by the merchant exporter) - GSTR-3B return filing confirmation 2. Verify your eligibility: - Confirm that your goods are eligible for zero-rated supply (export) - Ensure you have not claimed ITC on the goods 3. File Form GST RFD-01A: - Apply for a refund of ITC on the GST portal - Select "Refund of ITC on export of goods" as the refund type - Upload required documents 4. Wait for processing: - The refund will be processed by the GST department - You may receive a notice or request for additional information Note: The refund process and documentation requirements may vary depending on your specific situation and GST regulations. . Additionally, you may want to confirm with the merchant exporter that they have: 1. Obtained the necessary export authorization (e.g., IEC, IE Code) 2. Filed the relevant export documents (e.g., shipping bill, bill of export) 3. Complied with GST regulations for export This will help ensure a smooth refund process.
