create a user ID in income tax site using the same PAN or if already created just log in. After that reply here then we will proceed further!

IF I CREATE A LOGIN USING OTHERS PAN NO. WILL THERE BE ANY PROBLEM TO THEM W.R.T INCOME TAX OR ANY OTHERS ETC?

No there won't  be any problem if you have taken permission from the PAN holder. 

@ shivam arora, As per your response if we take permission from the third person about creating login using his PAN he would not come under any income verification or tax verifcation by the tax officials . pl let me know 

No he wouldn't come under any verification just for creating login ID and password. Permission being sought under the environment of good practice.

Sir, I tried by providing PAN no. I got half of the name. with this i tried once with name, i got complete information of the PAN no. So problem solved. Thank you sir
