where i can start studying GST from very basic and cover everything like acts, rules etc etc..i mean the ultimate source.

1) CGST Act 2017 , Amended till date .
2) SGST ACt 2017
3) UTGST Act 2017
4) CGST rules 2027 Amended till date.
Notification, Circulars etc
Download from CBIC web sites .

Also you can refer Books of  Bimal Jain Sir . ( very informative and for indebt Knowledge  )
