I sold my Old Car which was of 1000 CC engine, this June.. what % GST should I pay ? And on what amount? I have claimed Depreciation too up to March 2018. Please help regarding this matter!
If the car is used for business purpose then business asset are also taxable as per schedule 1 of cgst act 2017 however, this is applicable only when itc has been availed on such asset.
