GST on sale of personal used car!
I sold my Old Car which was of 1000 CC engine, this June.. what % GST should I pay ? And on what amount? I have claimed Depreciation too up to March 2018. Please help regarding this matter!

GST is not applicable on personal sale. Its only applicable in case of business supply.
If the car is used for business purpose then business asset are also taxable as per schedule 1 of cgst act 2017 however, this is applicable only when itc has been availed on such asset.
It has not been used for business purposes. It is only for personal use!
If it is personal use the how you claim the depreciation
