1. If your aggregate turnover does not exceed 20 lac then RC is not applicable
2. RC is only applicable in case of commercial properties
3.Gst under RC is paid by the registered dealer who pays rent to unreg dealer

Rate for Rent related to real estate is 18%.
Rate for Rent for other movable goods depends upon the goods.
