Whatever information given above are right. In addition to this if you raise inter state Rent Bill you will have to compulsorily get your registered irrespective of your turnover. you will have to change IGST on such bills.

Suppose you are in Delhi and your Commercial Property is in Gurgaon/ Noida. And you raise bill from Delhi. You ate liable to register yourself and charge GST and follow all formalies.
