GST on purchase of Flat in apartment.

Any payment due after 1st July, 2017 over under costruction flats is liable to 12% GST. So, pay only the difference to what was already paid earlier.

How can the customer argue with builder........ when builder not wishing to pass the benefit without any clear cut guidelines from Goverment; here query is builder is asking for 8 % extra  !!!!!!!!!!

What is remedy for the old underconstruction flat buyers (who have booked it before July 17)........ its extra burden to them !!!   Anti-profiteering is on paper...... not on field.........

Get the demand letter in writing with the calculation of differential amount........... complaint it addressed to Anti-profiteering authority.
