Is Gst mandate for the Rice Merchant who sales non branded rice. His Turn over exceeds 25 lakhs per annum.

Krishna Sir, Rice is exempted goods. So no need to take gst registration for exempted supplies.

In my view, even Branded rice is also exempted item.
