GST on mrp
I purchased some medicine from medical store .He charged me extra amount on mrpSaid that GST 18 on mrp .This process of hospital is ethical ?

no he cannot charge above mrp

The government has made it clear that the MRP is the maximum price of a product to be sold in retail and charging anything above this is an offence.
Raise your complaint in Consumer Forum with evidence.

don't use the medicine and file a case against them in consumer forum. if you do not produce the medicine the evidence will be evaded.
