Can anyone please explain me wether GST is payable or not on purchase of Import material?
if yes, then what is the type, IGST or CGST ND SGST? and Input credit is available or not?

Dear Parag,
You need to pay BCD and IGST on Import Purchase. You can claim credit of IGST.
