if a GTA does not charge GST on their Invoice then are we liable to pay GST under Reverse Charge Mechanism? If yes then we should pay GST under reverse charge at what % & whether we are able to claim ITC of the same OR not ?

GTA service has been notified u/s 9(3) so the receipient is liable to pay GST under reverse charge @ 5% and ITC is available to the payer..
