a registered person from unregistered purchase any service he will pay gst under reverse charge
if receiver is composition or gst holder he will pay on reverse charge..but if non gst sender should pay
Company pay GST to GTA registered GSTIN holder and claim ITC on GST charge by GTA 5%...Pls Advice us ....
