what will be the GST rate on gold? does the custom duty will be levyed after introdution of GST?

Gst rate for gold is 3%.

Custom duty is out of GST.
So it will levied after GST also.

that means it will be (10 custom duty + 3 gst) 13. m i right?

but the minimum rate of GST is 5%. how it comes to 3%
