What is freight reimbursement...?
dear sir,
actually material booked to second party on commission base and purchase bill name of second party and freight bill raise also name of second party but second party not accepting freight bill of transporter.
in this case transporter raise freight bill in our name and we have paid this freight payment to transporter on behalf of party
dispute amount of freight we raise freight reimbursment letter and given confirmation to party
